Yellow notices will be posted on Resident's garage areas and/or front doors. They will be posted approximately 5-7 days prior to starting work on your unit/building. Please carefully read notice instructions as they are IMPORTANT.
All dates provided on notices & schedules are weather permitting. If changes occur due to weather (rain, temperature, wind etc.) the schedule will be moved back until the weather permits.
The face of the doors will be painted while the door is closed. Resident's will need to open the doors for painters to paint the door edges that are only accessible and visible when the door is open. Contact our office if you have additional questions.
See your copy of the notice to determine the date we will be pressure washing your building/unit (if applicable). We recommend placing towels at the bottom of your window sills and at the door threshold's to prevent possible water instruction.
Prior to the repairs or painting project, the notice will have specific instructions on areas or items that must be cleared prior to the project starting. It is crucial that all items are removed in order to protect your items and give us the ability to perform our work.
We do not need access through your unit at anytime unless otherwise specified on the notice. We access patios and balconies with ladders, lifts, or other equipment as needed.
