PAINTING DEPARTMENT

Select Painting & Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1991.  It is family owned and operated since day one.  The CEO has over 40 years experience in the painting industry.  This expertise separates us from the competition by ensuring every job is done with the best quality in the industry. 

Painting projects begin with an inspection of the building to see the current condition and then to provide what is needed to bring the building back to great condition.  Often paint manufacturers are able to provide paint specifications to follow to ensure all companies are bidding apples to apples.  

Once a paint project has been approved, the painting project can be scheduled to begin. Depending on the surfaces to be painted, the process may vary but is listed in the scope of work in our proposals provided.  We use our over 40 years of experience to ensure every project is done correctly from start to finish.  

We stand behind our projects by providing warranty as well as maintenance programs to help every project last as long as possible.  

We provide color consultation with our contracts.  This service includes paint specifications, draw downs, renderings and sample mock ups prior to starting the project.
